We would advise to ensure that the devices utilizing that IP address are operating as expected. Once an issues with the devices are resolved and activity is no longer observed, the IP adddresses will decay off of the Signals.

Signals are not block lists, nor do we advise using them as such. We are not responsible any organizations using our Signals in this way.
